تعد آلة البيانو من الآلات الموسيقية الأساسية التي يدرسها طالب التربية النوعية خلال مرحلة البكالوريوس لما لها من دور فعال في تكون شخصية المتعلم الموسيقي إذا كان من الضروري أن تحرص المؤسسة التعليمية على تخريج كوادر بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية تصل بالمتعلم إلى مستوى الجودة ولمواكبة سوق العمل، وقد لاحظت الباحثة انخفاض مستوى الأداء العزفي والاهتمام بآلة البيانو من قبل بعض الطلاب واهتمامهم بالمواد الدراسية التي في الفصل الدراسي الأول فيقع الاهتمام الأكبر للطلاب على هذه المواد الدراسية مما يؤخر تقدمهم واهتمامهم بالعزف الجيد والصحيح لآلة البيانو وعدم وصول الطلاب إلى مستوى الأداء المطلوب لمنهج البيانو والاستخدام الأمثل للمنهج في سوق العلم، وينقسم البحث
إلى مبحثين:
أولاً: الإطار النظري ويشمل مفهوم التدريس في الكليات والفروق الفردية لدى الطلاب، والاتجاهات الحديثة في إعداد المعلم النوعي.
ثانياً: البرنامج المقترح للطلاب على حسب قدراتهم وميولهم ينقسم إلى برنامج إضافي السنة الثالثة والرابعة وبرنامج تخصصي للطالب المتميز على آلة البيانو مع اتباع متطلبات سوق العمل ثم عرض نتائج البحث والتوصيات والمراجع وملخص البحث.

The piano is one of the basic musical instruments studied by students of specific education colleges through undergraduate stage, because of its active role in the formation of the music learner personality, as it was necessary for the educational institution to make sure of graduatinghighly efficient human cadres promoting the learner to the level of high quality and to keep up with the work market. The researcher has noticed low level of playing performance and the interest inpiano by some of the students, and their attention paid to theacademicsubjects in the first semester, so, the greatest attention would be developed by students in these subjects, causing delay of their progress and their interest in good and sound playing of the piano, and student non-reaching the level of performance required for the curriculum of the piano and the optimal use of curriculum in the work market. The research is divided into tow sections:
First,the theoretical framework, including the concept of teaching in colleges and individual differences among students, and modern trends in preparation of specific teacher.
Second, the proposed program for the students according to their abilities and their tendencies is divided into an additional program in the third and fourth grades, and a specialized program for outstanding students on piano, with pursuing the requirements of the work market and then presenting the research results and recommendations and references and a summary of the research
