تعتبر الموسيقي من اقدم الوسائل العلاجية التي استخدمها الانسان في المداواة وتخفيف الالام وكوسيلة للتنشيط ، وحديثا استخدمت الموسيقي وخاصة الة البيانو الذي يعتبر واحد من افضل الآلات الموسيقية التي تستخدم في العلاج بالموسيقي وقد قدمت العديد من الابحاث في مجال العلاج بالموسيقي وخاصة باستخدام الة البيانو وقد ساهمت هذه الابحاث في المساعدة في علاج حالات مختلفة لأمراض عدة منها المرض النفسي والعنف ومرض التوحد وفي مساعدة المعاقين والمكفوفين واطفال ذو اعاقات مختلفة وقد رات الباحثة ان من الاهمية ضرورة وجود منهج مقترح يساعد طلاب كليات الطب والعلاج الطبيعي .
قامت الباحثة بعرض هذا البحث ( مشكلة البحث-اهداف البحث- اهمية البحث- اسئلة البحث- اجراءات البحث-مصطلحات البحث)
وقد تناولت الباحثة بحثها في اطارين :
الجزء الاول الاطار النظري للبحث ويشتمل علي الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بموضوع البحث –المفاهيم المرتبطة بالبحث (انواع العلاج بالموسيقي – الاستخدامات التطبيقية للموسيقي كعلاج نفسي- الخبرة الموسيقية العلاجية- استخدامات الة البيانو في العلاج )
الجزء الثاني الاطار التطبيقي ويشتمل علي المنهج المخصص للعلاج بالموسيقي حسب اللائحة الخاصة بكلية العلاج الطبيعي وكلية الطب جامعة القاهرة وعرض نموذج لتوضيح شكل اليد علي الة البيانو ونموذج لتمرين التكنيك الذي قد يساعد الطلاب في العلاج الوظائفي لبعض الحالات المرضية الخاصة باليد وقامت الباحثة بعرض نماذج لمقطوعات مختلفة قد تستخدم في علاج مشكلات مرضية مثل حالات كثيرة مرضية مثل اضطرابات النوم ، امراض الكلام ،حالات التخلف العقلي، حالات بطء التعلم والتأخر الدراسي، حالات الاعاقة ، حالات العصاب ( القلق- الخوف – الاكتئاب- الهستيريا- توهم المرض)، حالات الذهان، حالات المرضي النفسي الجسمي، حالات المرض العضوي، علاج الاسنان، حالات الضعف العضلي، وحالات الغيبوبة ثم نتائج البحث والتوصيات ثم اختتمت البحث بالمراجع العربية والاجنبية والملخص باللغة العربية والانجليزية .

Music is one of the oldest therapeutic methods used by the man in the healing and pain relief as a means to activate, and newly employed musician and a special machine piano, which is one of the best musical instruments that are used in music therapy has many of the research presented in the field of music therapy, especially using Piano has this contributed research to help in the treatment of different situations for several diseases, including mental illness, violence and autism and to assist the disabled, the blind and children with different disabilities have Rat researcher that it was important that there should be a proposed curriculum helps students of the faculties of medicine and physiotherapy.
The researcher presented this research (research problem-goals Seat- importance Seat- questions Seat- measures search-search terms)
The researcher dealt examined in two windows:
The first part of the theoretical framework of the research includes previous studies associated with the search topic -mufahim related to your search (types of music therapy - Applied uses of music therapy psycho-musical experience Alalajah- uses Piano in treatment)
Part II Applied framework includes a dedicated approach to music therapy according to the regulation on the Faculty of Physical Therapy and the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University and display model to explain the shape of the hand machine piano and a model for the exercise technique that may help students in the Occupational therapy for some special pathological cases by hand and the researcher presented various models have pieces used to treat problems such as satisfying many cases satisfactory
Like many cases unsatisfactory, such as sleep disorders, Speech Pathology, cases of mental retardation, slow learning situations and underachievement, disability, cases of neuroses (Anxiety- fear -Depression-Hysteria - disease), cases of psychosis, cases of physical and psychological patients, cases of organic disease , dental treatment, cases of muscle weakness, coma cases and then search results and recommendations, and concluded the search of Arab and foreign references and summary in Arabic and English.
