هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية للعولمة الثقافية ومستوى الطلاق العاطفي لدى الموظفين الإداريين العاملين بجامعة الأقصى، كما هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية للعولمة الثقافية والطلاق العاطفي، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على كلٍ من مقياسي الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية للعولمة والطلاق العاطفي في ضوء متغيرات ( النوع الاجتماعي/ عدد سنوات الزواج / عدد الأبناء / طبيعة عمل الشريك / طبيعة المسكن )، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف صمم الباحثان أداتين هما: مقياس الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية للعولمة الثقافية، ومقياس الطلاق العاطفي، وبلـغ حجم عينة الدراسـة ( 185) موظفاً إدارياً منهم (71) إناث و (114) ذكور. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن العولمة الثقافية لها آثارٌ نفسيةٌ سلبية بنسبة (61) %، وآثارٌ اجتماعيةٌ سلبية بنسبة (54) % ، بينما بلغ مستوى الطلاق العاطفي لدى أفراد العينة (53) %، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية للعولمة الثقافية وبين درجاتهم على مقياس الطلاق العاطفي خاصة البعدين الجنسي والنفسي منه ، وأشارت النتائج كذلك إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية تعزى لمتغيرات عدد الأبناء وعدد سنوات الزواج وطبيعة المسكن بينما وجدت فروق دالة تعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي وطبيعة عمل الشريك، كما أشارت إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الطلاق العاطفي تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي عدا البعد المادي للطلاق ، بينما وجدت فروق دالة في الطلاق العاطفي تعزى لمتغيرات عدد الأبناء وعدد سنوات الزواج وطبيعة عمل الشريك وطبيعة المسكن .

The present study aimed at identifying the psychological and social effects of cultural globalization and the level of emotional divorce among a sample of administrative staff at the Al-Aqsa University , it also aimed to disclose the nature of the relationship between the psychological and social effects of cultural globalization and emotional divorce and to know the significance of differences between the mean scores of respondents on each of the psychological and social effects of globalization and emotional divorce scales in light of the variables (gender / years of marriage /numbers of children / Partner work / nature of housing), To achieve this goal the researchers designed two tools : The scale of psychological and social effects of cultural globalization, and the scale of emotional divorce, the study sample consists of (185) employees: (71) females and (114) males. Results of the study indicated that cultural globalization have has a negative psychological effects by (61%), and a negative social effects by (54%), while the divorce emotional level of the respondents were (53%), as results showed a positive correlation between the scores of respondents on the psychological and social effects of globalization scale and their scores specially in sexual and psychological dimensions of emotional divorce scale, and the results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of respondents on the psychological and social effects due to the number of children and the years of marriage and the nature of the housing while there were significant differences due to the variables of gender and the partner work, also pointed out that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of respondents on emotional divorce scale due to the variables of gender, while there were significant differences in emotional divorce due to the variables of the number of children ,the years of marriage, the partner work , the nature of work and the nature of housing
