الملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الحوكمة الإدارية ودورها في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر العاملين في البنوك العاملة في مدينة دورا، وفقاً لمتغيرات :(النوع الاجتماعي، سنوات الخبرة، نوع البنك). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) مبحوثاً ومبحوثة. استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع الحوكمة الادارية في البنوك العاملة في مدينة دورا جاء مرتفعاً، وجاءت أبعاد الحوكمة حسب الأهمية: (الاسس المحكمة والفعالة، الانصاف والعدالة، الافصاح والشفافية). كما تبين أن درجة التميز المؤسسي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث يحرص العاملون في البنك على اداء اعمالهم بطريقة ملائمة، كما يحافظ العاملون في البنك على الالتزام بأوقات الدوام الرسمي، ويبذل العاملون في البنك الوقت الكافي لإنجاز الأعمال بطريقة صحيحة. وتبين أيضاً وجود علاقة بين الحوكمة الإدارية وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي. كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في واقع الحوكمة الادارية ودورها في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر العاملين في البنوك العاملة في مدينة دورا تعزى لمتغيرات:
(النوع الاجتماعي، سنوات الخبرة، نوع البنك). وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها:(ضرورة توافر نظام لقياس مدى الالتزام بالمعايير اللازمة للعمل في البنك، أن يحرص البنك عن الافصاح بشفافية عن إمكانية وجود ممارسات خاطئة لديه).

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative governance and its role in achieving institutional distinction from the viewpoint of workers in banks operating in Dura, according to variables: (gender, years of experience, type of bank). The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The sample of the study consisted of (45) respondents. The questionnaire used as a data collection tool. The results of the study indicated that the reality of administrative governance in banks operating in Dora came high, and the dimensions of governance came according to importance: (the foundations of court and effectiveness, equity and justice, disclosure and transparency). It also found that the degree of institutional excellence came with a high degree, as the bank employees are keen to perform their work in an appropriate manner, the bank workers maintain a commitment to official working hours, and the bank employees are making sufficient time to complete the work in a correct way. It also showed a relationship between administrative governance and the achievement of institutional excellence. The results also demonstrated the absence of statistically significant differences in the reality of administrative governance and its role in achieving institutional distinction from the viewpoint of workers in banks operating in the Dura due to the variables: (gender, years of experience, type of bank). The study came out with several recommendations, including (The need for a system to measure the extent of compliance with the necessary standards for work in banks, banks is keen to disclose transparently about the possibility of having wrong practices in it).
