يتمحور هذا البحث حول التعليم الرقمي باعتباره حاجة، وضرورة فرضها الواقع، وفرضتها أزمة وباء كورونا العالمية [كوفيد19]، ويتحدث عن إمكانية اعتماده بديلاً استراتيجياً عن التعليم الحضوري، وأيضاً عن الإكراهات التي تحول دون تحقيق ذلك، وعن طبيعة تلك الإكراهات.
جعل الباحث منطلق البحث ومرجعه الأساس؛ الآية الكريمة الأولى من سورة العلق وهي قوله تعالى: {اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ} (العلق:1)، وذلك لأغراض كثيرة فصَّل الحديث عنها في بحثه.
كما أنه ذكر بعض الدراسات الميدانية التي تتحدث عن التجربة الأولى في التعليم الرقمي أو التعليم عن بعد في بعض الدول وخاصة دولة المغرب، مع التعليق على تلك الدراسة.

This research focuses on digital education as a need, and necessity imposed by reality, imposed by the global crisis of (Covid-19) He also talks about the possibility of adopting it as a strategic alternative to urban education, about the constraints that prevent this from being achieved, and about the nature of those constraints.
