شغلت خدمات الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي دورا حيويا مهما في العملية التربوية، فكل واحد يكمل الآخر، لذا يعد الإرشاد النفسي سمة من السمات الأساسية للنظم التربوية وذلك من خلال الخدمات التي يقدمها لعلاج العديد من المشكلات من خلال المتابعة ومعرفة ظروف الطلبة المختلفة المحيطة بهم فضلا عن إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشكلاتهم
من هنا جاءت فكرة بحثنا هذه لتسليط الضوء على دور الإرشاد وتقديم الاستشارة العلمية العملية متمثلة بخدمات الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي.
ومن الفئات الاجتماعية الأكثر تفاعلا وتجاوبا مع التغير الاجتماعي عند وقوعه وعبر مختلف مراحله فئة الطلبة مما یجعلها عرضة للكثير من المشكلات إما لكونها الفاعل الأكثر حضورا في آليات التغير الاجتماعي خاصة في جوانبه الثقافية، وإما لكونها عاجزة عن مواجهة قوى التغير التي تؤثر سلبا عل كينونتها وأدائها لأدوارها الفعلية أو المتوقعة.
أجريت الدراسة على المرشدين التربويين في مديرية تربية البصرة، وأستهدف التعرف على:
1-دور خدمات الإرشاد النفسي في معالجة مشكلات الطلبة.
2- المشكلات في ظل جائحة كرونا.
3-التعليم الإلكتروني أيجابياته وسلبياته.
شمل مجتمع البحث الحالي المرشدين التربويين للعام الدراسي (2020-2021).
تكونت عينة البحث من (60) مرشد ومرشدة بواقع (25) مرشدا و(35) مرشدة وتشكل نسبة (40%) تقريباً من أفراد المجتمع الأصلي اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية وقد أستخدم الباحث التكرارات والنسب المئوية للتحقق من أهداف البحث.
ومن خلال مجريات البحث توصل الباحث الى وجود مشكلات في التعليم الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Summary of the research:
Psychological counseling and educational guidance services played a vital important role in the educational process, as each complements the other, so psychological counseling is a feature of the basic features of educational systems through the services it provides to treat many problems through follow-up and knowledge of the different students' conditions surrounding them as well as finding Appropriate solutions to their problems
From here came this idea of our research to shed light on the role of counseling and provide practical scientific advice, represented by psychological counseling services and educational guidance.
Among the social groups most interacting and responding to social change when it occurs and through its various stages is the student group, which makes it vulnerable to many problems, either because it is the most present actor in the mechanisms of social change, especially in its cultural aspects, or because it is unable to confront the forces of change that negatively affect its being and performance of its roles. Actual or expected.
The study was conducted on educational counselors in the Basra Education Directorate, and it aimed to identify:
1- The role of psychological counseling services in addressing students' problems.
2- Problems in light of the Corona pandemic.
3- E-learning its advantages and disadvantages.
The current research community included educational counselors for the academic year (2020-2021).
The research sample consisted of (60) male and female mentors, consisting of (25) male and (35) female guides, and constituting approximately (40%) of the original community members selected by the random stratified method, and the researcher used the frequencies and percentages to verify the objectives of the research.
Through the course of the research, the researcher found that students have problems with e-learning, and in light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
