هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف علي أبعاد البحث التربوي، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه منظومة التعليم الجامعي في مصر، والدور الذي ينبغي أن يلعبه البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي، والكشف عن واقع هذا الدور، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي في مصر.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بمجموعة من الإجراءات تمثلت فى تقديم تأصيلاً نظرياً اشتمل علي: الإطار العام للدراسة، وأبعاد البحث التربوي، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي في مصر، ودور البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي والمتمثلة في ( أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والطالب الجامعي، والتمويل الجامعي، والإدارة الجامعية، والخريج الجامعي، والعملية التعليمية، والبحث العلمي الجامعي ).
وتلا ذلك الدراسة التحليلية حيث تم إعداد أداة متمثلة فى استمارة تحليل محتوي بهدف التعرف إلي متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي في مصر التي تناولتها الرسائل العلمية بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية ( جامعة القاهرة )، وكليات التربية بجامعات ( أسيوط، والمنصورة )، وكلية التربية بالإسماعيلية ( جامعة قناة السويس ) في الفترة الزمنية من 2008م – 2018م.
واستخدمت الدراسة فى ذلك المنهج الوصفى من خلال جمع الدراسات ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة وتحليلها والإفادة منها، واستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوي فى الدراسة التحليلية للتعرف علي واقع دور البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي المصري.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها وجود بعض مظاهر القصور في دور البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي المصري، ويتضح هذا القصور في ضعف إهتمام البحث التربوي بعنصري أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والطالب الجامعي أكثر من غيرهما من عناصر منظومة التعليم الجامعي، وأن البحث التربوي يعطي درجة متوسطة من الأهمية لعناصر الإدارة الجامعية، والتمويل الجامعي، والبحث العلمي الجامعي، ويهتم إهتماماً كبيراً بعنصري الخريج الجامعي، والعملية التعليمية.
وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل دور البحث التربوي في تلبية متطلبات تطوير بعض جوانب التعليم الجامعي في مصر، وقد اشتمل هذا التصور علي ثلاث محاور هي: أدوار ومسئوليات كليات التربية، وأدوار ومسئوليات مشتركة بين كليات التربية والمجتمع، وأدوار ومسئوليات مؤسسات المجتمع.

Title: The Dimensions of Educational Research and its Relation with the
Requirements of Developing Some Aspects of University Education in Egypt

The present study aimed at recognizing the dimensions of educational research, the most important challenges facing the university education system in Egypt. This study also aimed at identifying the role that educational research should play in meeting the requirements for developing some aspects of university education, revealing the reality of this role, and preparing a suggested view for activating it.
To achieve these aims, the study went through a set of procedures represented in a theoretical consolidation that includes: the general frame of the study, the most important challenges facing the university education system in Egypt, and The role of educational research in meeting the requirements for developing some aspects of university education in Egypt, represented by faculty members, students, funding, administration, graduates, the educational process, and university scientific research.
The analytical study was represented in preparing a content analysis form in order to identify the requirements for developing some aspects of university education in Egypt that were addressed by the scientific thesises at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education (Cairo University), the Faculties of Education in the universities (Assiut and Mansoura), and the Ismailia Faculty of Education (University of Suez Canal ) during the period from 2008 to 2018..
The present study used the descriptive method in collecting and analyzing the relevant studies and related literature. The content analysis was performed to know the actual role of educational research in meeting the requirements for developing some aspects of university education in Egypt .
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there are some neglections in the role of educational research in meeting the requirements for developing some aspects of Egyptian university education, especially faculty members and university student. Results also indicates that educational research gives a moderate attention to the elements of administration, funding, and university scientific research. The educational research pays great attention to the university graduate and the educational process.
The present study ended with presenting a suggested view for activating the role of educational research in meeting the requirements for developing some aspects of university education in Egypt. This suggested view included three axes: the roles of the Faculties of Education, the mutual roles between the Faculties of Education and Society, and the roles of society institutions.
