هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي الوضع الراهن لمدارس التكامل (STEM) في كل من جمهورية مصر العربية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وجمهورية كوريا الجنوبية، ومحاولة الوقوف علي أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين مدارس التكامل (STEM) في دول المقارنة في ضوء السياق الثقافي، للوصول الي تقديم سياسات مقترحة لتطوير مدارس التكامل (STEM) في جمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء خبرات دولتي المقارنة في هذا المجال.
واستخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج المقارن؛ حيث يعد"المنهج المقارن من أنسب المناهج المستخدمة، لدراسة التربية بطريقة مقارنة، وفي إطار هذا المنهج استخدمت الباحثة مدخل وحدة المعرفة في التحليل والتفسير.
كما توصلت هذه الدراسة الي وضع سياسات مقترحة لتطوير مدارس التكامل (STEM) في جمهورية مصر العربية، ومن أهم هذه السياسات المقترحة ما يلي: دعم السلطات المركزية واللامركزية لمدارس التكامل (STEM) في جمهورية مصر العربية، ونشر الوعي لدي فئات المجتمع بأهمية وأهداف مدارس التكامل (STEM)، ووضع معايير يتم في ضوئها اختيار الطلاب بمدارس التكامل (STEM)، وتطبيق أساليب تقويم حديثة لتقييم الطلاب، وتقديم مناهج مطورة وحديثة بمدارس التكامل (STEM) ومواكبة لمتطلبات عصر التحول الرقمي، وتطبيق أحدث استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم، والاهتمام بالإعداد الجيد لمعلمي مدارس التكامل (STEM) في جمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء المتطلبات اللازمة للتحول الرقمي، وتحديد مصادر تمويل مدارس التكامل (STEM)، وتحديد مواصفات مبني مدارس التكامل (STEM) في جمهورية مصر العربية .

The study aimed at identifying the current situation of integration schools (STEM) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the United States of America and the Republic of South Korea, and attempting to identify the similarities and differences between integration schools (STEM) in the comparative countries in light of the cultural context, in order to come up with proposed policies for the development of integration schools (STEM) in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the experiences of comparative countries in this field.
The study used the comparative approach because it is one of the most appropriate approaches used for studying education in a comparative manner, Within this approach, the researcher used the approach of the unity of knowledge in analysis and interpretation.
This study also reached to the development of proposed policies for the sake of developing integration schools (STEM) in the Arab Republic of Egypt and among the most important of these proposed policies are the following: Supporting the central and decentralized authorities of integration schools (STEM) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, spreading awareness among the society members of the importance and aims of integration schools (STEM ), setting standards in light of which students are selected for integration schools (STEM), applying modern evaluation techniques to evaluate students, providing developed and modern curricula in integration schools (STEM), keeping pace with the requirements of the era of digital transformation, applying the most modern teaching and learning strategies, paying great attention to the good preparation of teachers of integration schools (STEM) in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the requirements for digital transformation, identifying sources of funding and the specifications of the integration schools '(STEM) building in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
