descriptions, drawings or phrases. There is a harmony between human sense and
external beauty through the sensory perceptions that God has endowed to man .At
its highest level, education aims to achieve the integrated growth of the learner in
various aspects: physical, psychological, and social ,which achieve compatibility
between him and the society in which he lives ;Reaching this goal requires an
uneasy effort on the part of educational and community institutions, and in order to
do this in a satisfactory manner, the learner must be allowed to practice a number of
activities and experiences that qualify him to acquire information, educational
trends, and practical skills in terms of being essential aspects .Visual culture comes
as an integrated system of symbols, forms, relationships ,and content that carries
the experiences and balance of civilized peoples .It is the set of moral traits, social
values, mental practices and ideological behaviors ,which are considered the capital
of the individual since his birth, and which contribute to making and creating new
in the field of visual aesthetics, whether industrial or intellectual bearing the
philosophies and nature of society and its aspirations. It is also a general theory in
artistic behavior and an addition to general knowledge, even if the symbols and
visual perceptions are not received by the average person without prior knowledge
of them, because the aesthetic forms are informational knowledge that consists of
the elements surrounding us, which are the balance of the experiences and
accumulations of society, and the forms that we create carry the thought and
civilization of the nation . .So, visual culture is a receptacle of human experience
throughout the ages through which his bids are measured. It can be global,
widespread or brief regional, and we can develop and refine it through various
means of knowledge, and one of the most important of these means is art education.
And art in general, which should nourish children with visual culture ,provide
them with some information and social concepts, and gain them some trends and
tendencies through their practice and enjoyment of artwork, and this aspect of the
child’s growth should not be neglected ,and every individual should be aware of it,
as it is a means through which the child acquires Aesthetic values and concepts, and
they contemplate the greatness of God in the universe and the creatures that
surround them, while training them on some of the right skills and habits, because it
is one of the tributaries of culture and knowledge .The beginning of the twentieth
century witnessed the movement of visual learning, and this movement was based
on the idea that the use of visual materials makes the abstract ideas that are taught
more tangible. The first informal definition of the field of visual learning appeared
