I have a wide range of research interest. Forty-six researches were conducted in diversified areas. The topics were ranged between human resource development, strategic management, corporate governance, organizational culture, knowledge management, control and quality development. My current research was in the area of entrepreneurship development. This topic was considered because of a chronic problem that Arab societies face related to high unemployment rates among young people and limited entrepreneurship skills. This research was tried to propose an ecosystem that may help in enhancing entrepreneurship in Arab societies in general and Palestine in particular.
