Abstract
تناول البحث الحالي مُمَارسات إدارة سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء وعلاقتها بالأداء المستدام في معمل الألبسة الولادية في الموصل, اذ حظى موضوع مُمَارسات إدارة سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء باهتمامً كثير من قبل الباحثين, ومع ذلك فان هناك عدد محدود من الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع وتحديداً في مدينة الموصل. لقد أتضح من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات ان أنشطة التصنيع مسؤولة عن تلوث الهواء, الماء, والانبعاث السام من المصانع, فضلاً عن الانسكابات الكيمائية التي دفعت إلى الاهتمام بالقضايا البيئية, كما ساهمت ظاهرة العولمة في زيادة وعي وإدراك الزبون تجاه البيئة، مما شكل ضغطاً كبيراً على تلك الشركات باتجاه تحسين الأداء المستدام. اعتمد البحث على استمارة الاستبانة للحصول على البيانات المطلوبة والتي تم تحليلها من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية واعتماداً على البرمجية (SPSS 20.0). وتوصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوي بين مُمَارسات إدارة سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء والأداء المستدام على مستوى المعمل قيد البحث .
Abstract
The current research dealt with the relationships between green supply chain management practices and sustainable performance in walady Clothes factory in Mosul. Green Supply chain management practices have been considered as essential interesting issue for many researchers. However, there are still limited studies to investigate Green Supply chain management practices and their implementation, especially in mousl. Literatures have been shown that manufacturing activities are responsible for air along with water pollution, toxic emission, and chemical spills that have created environmental issues. Globalization considered one of the factors that increased customers’ awareness toward environment. So, manufacturing industries are suffering pressure to improve sustainable performance. This research has utilized the questionnaire for collecting data; in addition the data were analyzed by using statistical methods through (SPSS 20.0). The research reached to existence of correlation relationship and significant effect between green supply chain management practices and sustainable performance in the factory under research.
