هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف إلى األولويات الاستراتيجية التي تساعد الجامعات اليمنية للتحول نحو مجتمع المعرفة, من خلال
تشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات في تحول الجامعات اليمنية واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي, والمنهج الاستقرائي واختيار عينة قصدية من الخبراء بلغت (٦) خبراء وفقا لأسلوب دلفي المعدل دلفي , وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى عدد من النتائج, أبرزها: حصول الأولويات الاستراتيجية البالغ عددها (16 )أولوية استراتيجية على نسبة إجمالية بلغت( 87.5%)وبدلالة لفظية (كبيرة) من قبل الخبراء المشاركين.ثـم أوصت الباحثة بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها تساعد الجامعات اليمنية في التحول إلى مجتمع
المعرفة.
Abstract
The objective of the current research is to identify the strategic priorities that may help the Yemeni
universities to transform into the knowledge society by identifying the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats in the transformation of Yemeni universities. The researcher used the descriptive
approach and the inductive method. According to the modified Delphi method and the current research
reached a number of results, most notably: the (16) strategic priorities received a total of 87% with a
significant (verbal) value from the participating experts. Then researcher recommended a number of
recommendations and proposals that would shift Yemeni Universities to the knowledge society.
