- تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي دراسة ظاهرة هجرة الكفاءات للخارج وأثرها علي التنمية الاقتصادية عبر دراسة تحليلية تتم بصورة علمية دقيقة في قطاع التعليم العالي.وكذلك معرفة أسباب الهجرة ثم التوصل إلي نتائج بعد عرض المشكلة وتحليلها. واقتراح الحلول لهذه المشكلة أملاً في خفض هجرة الكفاءات وإحداث التنمية الاقتصادية المنشودة المنهج المستخدم في هذه الدراسة الوصفي التحليلي
- Abstract
- This study aims to study the phenomenon of talent migration abroad and its impact on economic development through an analytical study that is carried out in an accurate scientific manner in the higher education sector. As well as knowing the reasons for migration and then reaching results after presenting the problem and analyzing it. And suggest solutions to this problem in the hope of reducing the brain drain and bringing about the desired economic development. The approach used in this descriptive analytical study.
