Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي المناعة النفسية وعلاقتها بكل من الكفاءة المهنية والضغوط المهنية لدي العاملين بالجهاز الاداري بالدولة ، ومدي اسهام متغير ( الكفاءة المهنية ) و( الضغوط المهنية ) في التباين الكلي لمتغير ( المناعة النفسية ) ، تكونت عينة البحث من العاملين بالجهاز الاداري بالدولة وكان عددهم (203 ) فردا من الذكور والاناث ، تتراوح اعمارهم مابين ( 30 – 40 ) سنة ، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس المناعة النفسية ، ومقياس الكفاءة المهنية ، ومقياس الضغوط المهنية ، وقد اسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية موجبة بين المناعة النفسية والكفاءة المهنية وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية سالبة بين المناعة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدي العاملين بالجهاز الاداري بالدولة ، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات المناعة النفسية وفقا لمتغير النوع ( ذكور – إناث ) لدي العاملين بالجهاز الاداري بالدولة لصالح الذكور، ونوع العمل ( فني – إداري ) لصالح العمل الفني ، ويسهم متغير ( الكفاءة المهنية و الضغوط المهنية ) ب ( 58,5%) في التباين الكلي للمناعة النفسية

Abstract:
The study aims to identify psychological immunity and its relationship to Professional competence and Professional stress for officials at the state’s administrative apparatus and how far the variance of (Professional competence and Professional stress) contributes to the total variance of (psychological immunity). The sample of the study consists of 203 male and female officials who work at the state administrative apparatus and whose ages range from 30 to 40 years old. The researcher used a number of scales; i.e. the Psychological Immunity Scale, the Professional Competence Scale and the Professional Stress Scale. The findings showed that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological immunity and Professional competence. In addition, there is a statistically significant negative relationship between psychological immunity and Professional l stress for officials at the state administrative apparatus. However, there are statistically significant differences in the psychological immunity average grades according to the gender variance (male –female) of factory workers in favour of the male participants and according to the type of work (technical-administrative) in favour of technical work. The findings also show that the variance of Professional competence and Professional stress contributes with the rate of 58.5% in the total variance of psychological immunity.
