يتناول البحث خدمات المعلومات الإلكترونية لمواقع المكتبات الجامعية العراقية على شبكة الأنترنت والتعريف بواقع تلك الخدمات من خلال هذه المواقع وعلى أهم الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة والتي توفر مختلف مصادر المعلومات للمستفيد،ثم وضع عدد من التوصيات لللإرتقاء بمستوى الخدمات الالكترونية ولإيجاد خدمات الكترونية جديدة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها وجود تفاوت كبير بين الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها المكتبات الجامعية العراقية وعدم استثمار بعض الخدمات المجانية التي توفرها الشبكة كخدمة التواصل الاجتماعي وتقديم الاستفسارات الى أمين المكتبة والإفادة من الخدمة المرجعية الإلكترونية، وختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة استثمار الخدمات الإلكترونية التي توفرها شبكة الأنترنت، وأهمية التعاون والتواصل فيما بين المكتبات الجامعية العراقية فيما يتعلق بالتشارك بمصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية والاستفادة من المصادر الإلكترونية المتاحة مجانا عبر الشبكة، كما اوصت الدراسة بضرورة أتاحة الخدمات المكتبية بشكلها الإلكتروني والاستفادة من تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات التي توفرها الشبكة
Abstract
The research Take up the electronic information services of the Iraqi university libraries websites and to identify the reality of those e-services through their websites to identify the most important e-services which provide different sources of information to customers and providea number of recommendations and the creation of new electronic services The study has reached a set of conclusions and recommendations the most important of which is a large disparity between the services
provided by the Iraqi university libraries in addition to the lack of Investment of some free services provided by the Internet Such as the social networking service and ask librarian and electronic reference service. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of investing the electronic services provided by the Internet in their websites and cooperation the Iraqi university libraries in the field of communication between them and the necessity of cooperation between libraries in relation to sharing electronic sources of information. And recommended the availability of library services in an electronic form and to benefit from the information and communication technology provided by the Internet
