يعد النقد التاريخي عند المؤرخين العرب المسلمين من المواضيع التي اولاها الباحثين اهتماماتهم في العصر الحديث، وهذه الدراسة التي ستركز على النقد التاريخي عند القاضي عياض في كتابه "ترتيب المدارك وتقريب المسالك"، من حيث الاخذ برأي الاخرين في توجه النقد للمترجم لهم، وعلى هذا كان للباحث ان يحدد الألفاظ الدالة على نقد المصادر والأحداث التي أوردها في كتابه، وصولاً إلى بيان هل كان مؤيداً أم كان مخالفاً أم ناقداً لها؟ الأمر الذي يدفع الباحث إلى المقارنة والتحليل بين الأخبار ومدى مصداقيتها، والقدرة على الربط بين تلك الاحداث، وهذا ما تعد به هذه الدراسة.
تم تقسيم البحث الى عدة محاور، المحور الاول: يختص بالحديث عن سيرة ومكانة القاضي عياض العلمية، من حيث اسمه وثقافته وموارده، والمحور الثاني: تطرقت به الى بيان المدلول اللغوي والاصطلاحي والتاريخي لكلمة النقد، اما المحور الثالث: فقد تم تخصيصه لدراسة النقد الايجابي عند القاضي عياض، اما المحور الرابع: فقد تناول النقد السلبي للمترجم له، وتم تسليط الضوء في المحور الخامس: راي القاضي عياض وتقويمه للرواية التاريخية، واخيرا: تناولت آراء المؤرخين في نقد السيرة الذاتية للمترجم له.
Abstract
The historical criticism of Arab Muslim historians is one of the topics of interest to researchers in the modern era. This study, which focuses on the historical criticism of Judge Ayyad in his book "Order of perception and approximation of the tracts," in terms of taking the opinion of others in the criticism of the translator, For the researcher to identify the words that indicate the criticism of the sources and events that he reported in his book, to determine whether he was a supporter or was it contrary or critical? Which leads the researcher to compare and analyze between the news and the extent of credibility, and the ability to link between these events, and this is what this study promises.
The third topic was devoted to the study of positive criticism by Judge Ayyad, while the fourth dealt with the negative criticism of the translator, and finally The judge reviewed Ayad and his evaluation of the historical narrative.
