Abstract
The topic of discussion deals with the role of Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah in the founding council and his discussions and opinions that he was presenting in the council, especially his defense of the Kuwaiti government's point of view, as well as the discussion between his role in the constitution drafting committee and his clear role in approving many constitutional articles
