نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع إشكاليات التعاون الدولي في إسترداد الأموال المنهوبة إلى معرفة الإطار المفاهيمي للتعاون الدولي،وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى تعريف التعاون الدولي وإلى أساسه القانوني ومعرفة العراقيل التي تواجه عملية إسترداد الأموال المهربة إلى الخارج،كما نهدف أيضا إلى التطرق إلى آليات التعاون الدولي في إسترداد الممتلكات والأصول المسروقة،وذلك من خلال معرفة الشروط الشكلية والموضوعية الواجب إتباعها لإستكمال عملية الإسترداد،وأيضا معرفة أساليب الإسترداد والمتمثلة في الطريق الجنائي والطريق البديل أو التكميلي.

Abstract:
By studying the issue of the problems of international cooperation in the recovery of stolen funds,we aim to know the conceptual framework of international cooperation in the recovery of funds,by addressing the definition of international cooperation and its legal basis and to know the obstacles facing the process of recovering stolen funds.
We also aim to address the mechanisms of international cooperation in the recovery of funds,through knowledge of the formal and objective conditions in the recovery of properrty,and methods of money recovery,represented in the criminal path and the alternative or complementary path.
