- Abstract
- أكدت الشريعة الإسلامية على ضرورة الحفاظ على الصحة ،في قوله سبحانه وتعالى :(( ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ )) الروم:41، بمعنى أن من أسباب الفساد فضلاً عن الذنوب والمعاصي هو أفساد الصحة العامة مثل قتل الحيوانات والصيد الجائر والتبذير في الماء والطاقة وتبديد الثروات الطبيعية، وكل ذلك يؤدي إلى الإخلال بالتوازن بالصحة.
- Abstract
- Islamic law stressed the need to preserve health, in his saying, Glory be to Him: ((Corruption appeared in the righteousness and the sea with what has earned the hands of the people to deny them, some of those who did, so that they may be done.) Such as killing animals, poaching, waste of water and energy, and squandering natural resources, all of which lead to an imbalance in health.
