المكتبات الجامعية تعد من أهم المرافق في مجال المعلومات لما لها من دور فعال في التعليم والبحث العلمي. فقديما كانت مجرد مكان حفظ الإنتاج الفكري بعد اقتنائه ، أصبحت اليوم تؤدى خدمات جليلة للباحثين في إتاحتها للمعلومات لاسيما وانه أصبح من الصعب على الباحثين والمكتبيين مواكبة كل ماتنتجه القريحة الإنسانية من معلومات فورية في كل التخصصات وعليه أصبحت المكتبات الجامعية في حاجة إلى إيجاد وسائل جديدة وحديثة تمكنها من التحكم في هذا الكم الهائل من المعلومات.
Abstract
University Libraries is one of the premier facilities in the area of information because of their active role in education and scientific research. Vkadima was just a place where intellectual production after procurement, today performed a valuable service to researchers in the availability of information in particular and it has become difficult for researchers and librarians keep up with all Matnottagh instincts humanity from immediate information in all disciplines and it became the university libraries need to find new ways and new enabling control over this vast amount of information
