يسعى هذا البحث إلى اقتراح تدخل التحسين لإجراءات تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية، يكون قائما على نتائج التقييم الذاتي للميادين السبعة المحددة في الدليل المرجعي الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، ويكون مبنيا على متطلبات الفعالية، بحيث تتضح الفجوة في مرحلة الانتقال إلى التقييم الخارجي، الأمر الذي يبرز عدم المساهمة بالقدر الكافي في التقييم الداخلي لتحسين نقاط القوة وتفادي نقاط الضعف ومعرفة الفرص المتاحة والمخاطر التي تحدق بالجامعة تمهيدا للتقييم الخارجي، وهو ما يستدعي تدخل تحسيني انطلاقا من نتائج التقييم الذاتي لتحقيق متطلبات الفعالية. وهو ما يسمى التغذية العكسية.
يناءا على ذلك توصي الباحثة بالآتي:
-أن يولي المعنيون بالجامعة الجزائرية اهتماما كبيرا بتوصيات تقرير التقييم الذاتي كمنطلقات للتحسين.
-أن تسعى الهيئات المكلفة بتطوير نظام ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي إلى التحقق من تنفيذ إجراءات تدخل التحسين لتحقيق متطلبات الفعالية الإدارية والأكاديمية وتجاه المجتمع.
Abstract
This research seeks to propose an improvement intervention for the procedures for implementing the quality assurance system at the Algerian university, based on the results of self-assessment of the seven fields specified in the national reference guide for internal quality assurance of higher education institutions, and based on the requirements of effectiveness, so that the gap becomes clear in the transition to evaluation stage. This highlights the insufficient contribution to the internal evaluation to improve strengths, avoid weaknesses, and know the available opportunities and risks to the university in preparation for the external evaluation. This is called reverse feeding.
Accordingly, the researcher recommends the following:
-The Algerian university stakeholders should pay great attention to the recommendations of the self- Assessment report.
- That the bodies charged with developing Quality Assurance System in Higher Education seek to verify the implementation of improvement interventions to achieve administrative, academic and community effectiveness, which is called feedback.
