استعرض المقال موضوع بعنوان القيادة التربوية بين القيم والأخلاق المهنية. فمجتمعنا العربي والإسلامي مر بمرحلة من حياته تتسم باهتزاز القيم والأخلاق واضطراب في المعايير الأخلاقية، وفى عصر التطور التقني والانفجار المعرفي نجد أن الأمور تسير في طريق إبعاد الفرد والمجتمع عن قيمة ودينه أكثر فأكثر. وتناول المقال مصادر القيم والأخلاق، وخصائص القيم، ومصادر الأخلاق المهنية. واختتم المقال بالإشارة إلى أن الأخلاق محصلة لعملية التفاعل بين خصائص الفرد وخصائص المنظمة؛ إذ كما يتأثر الفرد بطبيعة خصائص البيئة الإنسانية التي يعمل ضمنها فهو بدوره يؤثر في تكوين تلك الخصائص وفى تطويرها، وأن عملية التفاعل هذه ستحدد طبيعة السلوك للفرد، ولذلك يمكن لبرنامج إدارة الأخلاقيات في المنظمة أن يتضمن التوجيه الأخلاقي الذي يبرز المواقف الأخلاقية.
Abstract
The article reviewed a topic entitled Educational Leadership between Professional Values and Ethics. Our Arab and Islamic society went through a phase of its life characterized by the vibration of values and morals and the disturbance in moral standards, and in the era of technical development and the explosion of knowledge, we find that things are moving in the way of distancing the individual and society from the value and religion more and more. The article dealt with the sources of values and ethics, the characteristics of values, and the sources of professional ethics. The article concluded by pointing out that ethics is the outcome of the interaction process between the characteristics of the individual and the characteristics of the organization. As the individual is affected by the nature of the characteristics of the human environment in which he works, he in turn affects the formation and development of those characteristics, and that this process of interaction will determine the nature of the behavior of the individual, and therefore the ethics management program in the organization can include ethical guidance that highlights ethical attitudes
