تلقى حركة مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي المستدام الموجهة لخدمة الأهداف الإنمائية العالمية رواجا وانتشار واسعين، حيث تسعى هذه المختبرات إلى تعزيز الابتكار والتصنيع الرقمي الذي يعتمد على تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. بدأ الإهتمام بهذه المختبرات داخل المكتبات العمومية، باعتبارها أحد الخدمات الجديدة التي تعطيها الاستمرارية داخل الفضاء المجتمعي، وتُفعّل أدوارها الحقيقية المرتبطة بالأهداف الإنمائية العالمية والمحلية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على حركة مختبرات التصنيع الرقمي، والأسس النظرية والعملية التي تقوم عليها، وذلك لمحاولة تقريب هذه الخدمات وآليات تفعيلها ونجاحها داخل المكتبات العمومية العربية. حاولنا بلورة هذا المجهود العلمي في هذه الورقة العلمية من خلال المنهج الوثائقي والمنهج التحليلي، واللذان مكنانا من الاطلاع على الوثائق والأدبيات حول مختبرات التصنيع، وفهم أسسها ومبادئها التي تقوم عليها، بالإضافة إلى الأشكال التي تتخذها داخل المكتبات خاصة. كما وقفنا على تجارب بعض المختبرات المعتمدة في المكتبات الأمريكية والكندية، وقمنا باستنباط أهم العناصر والمؤشرات التي تسمح بتفعيلها في المكتبات العمومية العربية، آملين من خلال ذلك المساهمة في اقتراح أحد المشاريع الملموسة التي تسمح بخروج هذه المكتبات من العطالة الثقافية والمعرفية، التي تُبنى دائما على منطق الاستهلاك، لتكون فضاءات للإنتاج، والتجريب، وتوليد المعرفة والثقافة، والذي من شأنه أن يعزز مكانتها الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والبيئية، هذه المكانة التي لم تخرج بعد عن دائرة المقاربات السطحية التي تحاول فهم علاقة المكتبات بالتنمية المستدامة.
Abstract
The movement of sustainable digital fabrication laboratories oriented to serve the global development goals is acquiring wide popularity and spread. In fact, these laboratories seek to promote innovation and digital fabrication based on the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. It is worth mentioning that interest in these laboratories inside public libraries has begun since they are one of the new services that give them continuity within the social space, and activate their real functions related to global and local development goals. This study, accordingly, shed light on the movement of digital fabrication laboratories, the theoretical and practical bases, as an attempt to bring these services closer to the users and to enhance the mechanisms for their activation and success within Arab public libraries. We tried, besides, to develop this scientific effort in this paper using the documentary and analytical method, which have enabled us to observe documents and literature about fabrication laboratories, and to understand their bases and principles, in addition to their forms within libraries. We have also mentioned the importance of the experiments of some accredited laboratories in American and Canadian libraries, and have tried to extract the most important elements and indicators that would allow their activation in Arab public libraries. We hope, accordingly, to contribute to suggesting one of the efficient projects that would allow these libraries to overcome the actual cultural and cognitive inertia, producing by the logic of consumption. Consequently, these would help to let public libraries spaces of production, experimentation, and generate knowledge and culture, and would enhance its economic, social and environmental position. That position that has no yet surpass the superficial approaches that attempt to understand the relationship between libraries and sustainable development.
