في محاولة منا لإلقاء الضوء على عناية الإسلام بالموارد الطبيعية وحرصه على ضمان الانتفاع بها جاء هذا البحث بعنوان: مبادئ وآليات السنة النبوية في الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية الزراعية والحيوانية والمائية. تتمثل أهمية البحث في أنَّه يبرز حرص الشريعة الإسلامية على المحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية وضمان استدامتها. ومن ثم يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالأساليب النبوية في الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية الزراعية والحيوانية والمائية . وفي معالجة موضوع البحث اتبعنا المنهج التاريخي مع استقصاء ما جاء في السنة النبوية من أحاديث ذات الصلة بالموارد الطبيعية. وخلصنا فيه إلى أن الموارد الطبيعية هبة من الله عز وجل تتوارثها الأجيال جيل بعد جيل، حثت السنة النبوية على المحافظة عليها لضمان استدامتها من خلال العديد من الأساليب المتمثلة في؛ التوعية، والتربية، والتشريع.
Abstract
This research comes to shed light on Islamic care of natural resources and how to utilize them, titled: Techniques and principals of Sunna for reserving natural resources, agricultural, animal, and water resources. The importance of this research represented in showing how Islamic jurisprudence care to reserve natural resources and save their sustainability. And also represented in defining ways of Sunna to reserve natural resources, agricultural, animal, and water resources. the researcher followed the historical and investigative method through saying of the profit related to natural resources. The result of this research is that: natural resources are an inherited gift of our lords through generations, and Sunna called on reserving them to keep their sustainability by different ways represented in awareness, education, and legislation.
