هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج قائم على تطبيقات تكنولوجيا التليفونات الذكية باستخدام برنامج المنصة التعليمية (Edmodo) لتنمية مهارات التربية العملية لدى معلمي الرياضيات قبل الخدمة واتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم النقال.
استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة البحث المتمثلة من معلمي الرياضيات قبل الخدمة، المستوى الرابع بقسم الرياضيات، كلية التربية-جامعة صنعاء، للعام الجامعي 2019-2020م، والبالغ عددهم (26) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية؛ كونهم المعنيين في هذا البحث. وبعد إعداد البرنامج التدريبي (مهارات التربية العملية) وتطويره إلكترونيًا، ورفعه على موقع تعليمي مُعد لهذا الغرض، تم جمع البيانات عبر أدوات البحث المتمثلة في اختبار التحصيل المعرفي للبرنامج التدريبي، وبطاقة الملاحظة لقياس الأداء المهاري، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم النقال.
وعند الانتهاء من جمع البيانات تم تحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)؛ حيث أسفرت نتائج التحليل عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في كل من اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة الملاحظة، ومقياس الاتجاه، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق البعدي في كل من اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة الملاحظة، ويعزى لمتغير النوع (ذكر, أنثى).
وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة استخدام تقنيات التعلم النقال في التعليم الجامعي، وبناء أنظمة تعلم قائمة على بيئة تطبيقات تكنولوجيا التليفونات الذكية لما لها من نتائج إيجابية في تنمية أداء المعلمين قبل الخدمة واتجاهاتهم. كما أوصى بضرورة توفير خدمات شبكة الإنترنت اللاسلكي في جميع أجواء الحرم الجامعي، وتدعيم الاتجاهات الإيجابية لطلبة الجامعات نحو التعلم النقال القائم على تطبيقات تكنولوجيا التليفونات الذكية.

The aim of the research is to investigate the effectiveness of a program based on smart phone technology applications using the Edmodo program to develop practical education skills for pre-service mathematics teachers and their attitudes towards mobile learning. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach to the research sample of pre-service mathematics teachers, the fourth level in the Department of Mathematics, College of Education - Sana'a University, for the academic year 2019-2020. The sample consisted of (26) students, were chosen intentionally; Being interested in this research. After preparing the training program (practical education skills) and developing it electronically and up loading it to an educational site prepared for this purpose, data was collected through research tools that consist of the cognitive achievement test of the training program, the observation card to measure skill performance and the trend Scale towards mobile learning. Upon completion of the data collection, it was statistically analyzed using the SPSS program, the results of the analysis resulted in the existence of statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the pre and post applications in the cognitive achievement test, the observation card, the trend scale in favor of the post application. The results also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of post-application in both the cognitive achievement test and the observation card, due to the gender variable (male, female).
In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of using mobile learning techniques in university education, and building learning systems based on the environment of smart phone technology applications because of its positive results in developing pre-service teachers ’performance and attitudes. It also recommended the need to provide wireless internet services in all campus environments, and to support the positive trends of university students towards mobile learning based on smart phone technology applications.
