Dr. Omar Alaeddin has more than 10 years of experience on management training, he is now a Senior Lecturer on UniKL Business School, one of the leading university on Malaysia. He received his Philosophy of Doctorate (PhD) degree from INCEIF, Malaysia, and Master Degree from Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Jordan. He is an international certified trainer with SIIB, Injaz and Mercury, as he has conducted more than 80 training programs in Creativity Management, Strategic Management, Customer Service, Leadership Skills, Public Relationship and different business activities in several countries, like Malaysia, Indonesia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE. Since 2012, Dr. Omar has directed ICHC training centre on Malaysia, dealing with more than 40 training programs for countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and UAE, with different organizations such as, the Institute of Public Administration, ministry of foreign affairs, ministry of education and ministry of media.
