Khitam Shraim is an Associate Professor of Educational Technology at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie. Khitam is one of the Founding Directors of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching and the e-Learning Centers at An-Najah National University, and Palestine Technical University. Khitam’s research interests revolve around promoting creative learning and innovative teaching in higher education, particularly in the area of technology-enhanced educational change include mobile learning, the use of emerging technologies in education and training, and the use of ICT for Education for All. She has published many papers and presented workshops and seminars in many national and international conferences. Moreover, I am an active member of a variety of academic networks and international educational initiatives such as The Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies(INEE), Mobile Technology for Educations, The International Journal of E-Learning and Educational Technologies in the Digital Media (IJEEDM), the Electronic Journal of e-Learning (EJEL), International Journal of Education and Learning, . e-Learning Palestinian National Committee, An-Najah University Journals for Research. Currently, Khitam is working with international experts in developing Teaching Artificial Intelligence (AI) for K-12 portal, UNESCO and Ericsson. Khitam holds a Ph.D from the University of Manchester, UK. She also holds MBA in Finance and a BSc. in Computer Science, both from The University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan, and a Higher Diploma in Educational Planning from The International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP)- UNESCO, Paris. Khitam speaks Arabic and English languages
